This menu is our most popular for a funeral tea. It takes the fuss out of having to decide what to have. We generally use traditional fillings such as ham, beef, egg mayo etc and savouries such as quiche, pork pie, sausage rolls, samosas/barjies. We will include gluten free sandwiches/cakes if the buffet is for over 50 people.

Assorted sandwiches on freshly baked rolls and sliced bread finger sandwiches with our choice of fillings, assorted savouries and a mixture of home-made buns and cream tea (scones with clotted cream and jam)

Ham, chicken (add bbq, sweet chilli, mayo, stuffing) beef (with separate accompaniments), cheese and pickle, savoury cheese, Blt, chicken club, egg mayonnaise, tuna mayonnaise and cucumber, prawns in Marie-Rose, brie and cranberry, brie and bacon. Add salad to any sandwich, we can do a combination of any of the above or any sandwich you fancy that you can’t see on here!

Additional accompaniments: salad, Branston, horseradish, mustard, sweet chilli, caramelised onion.
